Is "senza A e B" acceptable?
I'd say that neither of them is better than "né".

How come there are two gender forms, "tavola" and "tavolo"? Which one is proper?
"Tavolo" is table as the furniture item. "Tavola" has (at least?) two separate meanings: a table set to eat, and "board". The etymology is actually the same, from the latin tabula.

Which one is correct: "ti raccomando" vs "mi raccomando"?
Please note that "mi raccomando" and "ti raccomando" have slightly different meanings, following that both the Italian "raccomandare" and the English "to recommend" come from "to entrust" in Latin.
