Come si esprime il contrario di "a distanza" per qualificare lezioni o lavoro?
L'uso più frequente per esprimere il concetto è "in presenza".
Metto un link a caso da un quotidiano, ma troverai decine di esempi tra le notizie di questi giorni.

"O meno" vs "o no"
Yes: "o no" is not only possible, but also more correct.
"O meno" is widely used but not recommandable in phrases like this one (can something be delimited "less materially"?).
